By using theynez.com you agree to these terms. The site is a free guide to the Santa Ynez Valley, and the maps on our guides use Google Maps, so Google’s terms apply to your use of them.
Who we are
The Ynez is published by Bello Libre Partners LLC in Santa Barbara, California. Questions: hello@theynez.com or (310) 719-5790.
Using the guide
The guides are written to help you plan a visit. We check hours, prices and details when we publish and when we update, but businesses change them without telling us, so confirm with the business before you drive out. If something is wrong, email hello@theynez.com or see our corrections page.
Maps
This site uses Google Maps. Your use of the maps on our guides is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, and Google handles what it receives under the Google Privacy Policy. What your browser sends Google, and what we send it, is described under Maps on our privacy page.
If Google's map can't load, the guide shows our own map, drawn from OpenStreetMap data.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to wineries, restaurants, hotels, tour companies and other sites. We don't run them and can't promise what they say or sell. How we handle links that pay us a commission is on our disclosure page.
Privacy
What we collect, why, and your choices are on the privacy page. Text alerts have their own SMS terms.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Questions: hello@theynez.com.
