How do you get a table at Bell's?

Be online on the 1st of the month. Bell's releases dinner reservations at 1pm on the 1st for the following two months, and dinner is a weekly-changing $125 prix fixe, plus service charge and tax. Thursdays add a shorter $75 menu. Lunch (Thursday to Monday, 11am to 3pm) is à la carte, takes reservations and keeps some tables for walk-ins, which makes it the easier way in. The Michelin Guide lists it as French, from Daisy and Greg Ryan.

Is peasants FEAST a Michelin restaurant?

Yes, with a Bib Gourmand for 2026, and it's the only Solvang restaurant on the list. There are no reservations, so arrive near the 11am opening. Our peasants FEAST guide covers the menu and the deli and arcade down the street.

Which Michelin restaurants are in Los Olivos?

Two, both recommended. Bar Le Côte is the seafood tavern from the Bell's team, open Wednesday to Sunday from noon, with tables only through OpenTable. The Tavern at the Inn at Mattei's Tavern, an Auberge resort, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, so on a Monday or Tuesday, when Bar Le Côte is closed, Los Olivos still has a Michelin-listed table. See Los Olivos restaurants for hours.

Are there Michelin restaurants in Buellton, Ballard or Santa Ynez?

Not right now. The Michelin Guide's current pages for the area list only the four restaurants above, in Los Alamos, Solvang and Los Olivos. For Buellton's best-known dinner, see our Hitching Post 2 guide.
