Spotted something wrong? Tell us the page, what's wrong and where you saw the right information. We check it against the business's own site or an official notice, fix the page, update its "Last checked" date and log notable corrections here.
How to report an error
Email hello@theynez.com with "Correction" in the subject.
Include:
- the page link, and the line or listing that's wrong;
- what's correct now, and since when if you know;
- a source: the business's website, a posted sign or menu, or an official notice. A photo of a posted sign is fine.
Own or run a business we list? Write from your business email, or point us to the page on your site where the change is published, and we'll update it there first.
What happens next
A change goes up once we can confirm it on the business's own site, an official listing or reliable regional press. If the business publishes something different from what you saw in person, we'll say so rather than guess. Fixing a fact moves the page's "Last checked" date. Typos and broken links get fixed without a note. Anything that could have sent you to the wrong place or at the wrong time (hours, days, addresses, prices, closures, dog or booking rules) is logged below. The rules are the same as for every listing.

Common errors we correct from other sources
Not every wrong fact starts with us. These turn up often enough in search results, AI summaries and chatbots to flag:
- Dogs at Surf Beach: it isn't a year-round ban. Leashed dogs are allowed October through February, and banned during the snowy plover nesting season, March 1 to September 30. See Lompoc beaches.
- Pea Soup Andersen's: the restaurant is closed, but Pea Soup Andersen's Inn next door is a separate business and still open. See closed, moved and renamed.
- The Ballard Inn's restaurant: The Gathering Table left the inn. It closed in 2022 and reopened in Solvang in 2024. See The Ballard Inn.
- Sideways locations: Kalyra has moved to Buellton, and the old Sanford tasting shack is no longer a tasting room. See what's changed since 2004.
