The Victor, on the grounds
The Victor is the hotel's restaurant and bar, cooking over a Josper charcoal oven. Order the tri-tip Benedict at weekend brunch; at dinner the patio, with an outdoor fireplace, is heated all year. The wine and dessert hours
Wine first, dessert last, dinner at The Victor in between: complimentary wine pours in The Parlour from 5:30 to 6:30pm, and a dessert reception runs from 8 to 9pm. Before check-in, pick up the Tasting Passport at the desk for discounted tastings at valley wineries; it covers two guests, and groups can't combine passports.
The Genevieve and The Landsby
The Genevieve's FAQ says it's privately owned by the same team behind The Landsby in Solvang. Choose The Genevieve for a quiet township with a spa and the Victor's fire; choose The Landsby to park once and walk Solvang's bakeries and tasting rooms.
Bringing a dog
