How do Bell's reservations work?
Reservations open on the 1st of each month at 1pm for the following two months. June tables, for example, are released on April 1, so set a reminder if you want a weekend dinner.
A credit card secures the reservation. No-shows and late cancellations are charged $50 per person, so check the change window when you book. Bell's menu: what to order
Dinner comes down to one choice, because you don't order much: it's a weekly changing prix fixe, $125 a person before drinks, service and tax, and it automatically includes caviar with the uni canapé. The menu changes daily with what's available, so follow @bellslosalamos for the latest. Here's how to choose your way in:
- Prix fixe dinner: the full Bell's meal, $125 plus service charge and tax, Thursday to Monday, 5 to 8:30pm, reservation only.
- L'Express on Thursdays: a shorter dinner at $75, with a salad and bread course, then your choice of entree and dessert. Both menus run that night, so book as usual and pick at the table.
- Lunch: à la carte, 11am to 3pm, Thursday to Monday, and the easiest way into the kitchen. You can book it, and some tables are kept for walk-ins, so book if your timing matters.
- Monday night wine: every wine over $60 is half price on Monday evenings.
- Kids: there's a kids menu.
The lunch menu, dinner menu and wine list are on its menus page.
