Industrial Eats menu: what to order
Order a pizza from the wood-fired ovens and a hot plate or two to share; that's how the menu is built. It splits into pizza, cold plates, hot plates, sandwiches and a rotating specials list. Prices below are from its menu page.
- Pizza ($18–23): the rosemary, parmesan and sea salt is the cheapest at $18; add an egg for $3.
- Hot: beef and ricotta meatballs ($22), Chinese red pork with sesame-noodle stir fry ($26), short rib shepherd's pie ($30), miso cod ($28), escargot ($15).
- Cold: salmon carpaccio with avocado and shoyu ($20), beets with hummus ($16).
- Sandwiches ($18–20): the Cuban, the Banh Mi, a beef tongue pastrami Reuben, an oyster po'boy.
- "trust us...." ($55): the menu says only that. Order it if you came for a surprise.
